Video of a couple of big dogtooth tuna coming aboard Bite Me
We recently had the honour and privilige to have Mr Tomohide Kashiwagi fish aboard Bite Me with some of his angling friends from Japan.
Tomo is one of the two owners of Craft Bait and together with Mr Takeshi Taniguchi are the men behind their superb range of Poppers and stickbaits.

Well the windy winter season is almost over and soon ideal conditions will prevail for the popper casting and jigging fans. We just had our first look with the poppers along Kadavu Island’s Great Astrolabe Barrier reef and the signs look good for some monster GTs this coming summer.
A tough few days fishing for Grant from Australia. Pretty mediocre weather meant churned up water and a slow GTbite on the poppers.
Offshore the blues that were around have moved off, as have the first of the summer run of yellowfin.
My friends fishing off Nadi however tell me the summer run of yellowfin and marlin is now well into their area and heading this way so we should see plenty of action soon…
